Shannon McCrea, PMP is the operations manager for Radius Design, joining the firm in 2025. As an operations and project management professional with more than six years of industry experience, she possesses a deep understanding in public utility requirements, process improvement, and government.
At Radius Design, McCrea leads the engineering and project management departments, providing guidance on all active projects to solve critical design challenges and to help ensure budgets and schedules are met. She is PMP certified and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing deep expertise in process improvement, cross-functional leadership, and building systems that support long-term success.
Before joining Radius Design, McCrea spent more than five years with State 48 Development Consulting in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she advanced from Project Coordinator to Project Manager to Director of Operations in a short period of time. There, McCrea led cross-functional teams in managing large-scale projects for telecom network expansions and upgrades. Prior to that, McCrea worked in government for more than two years; as a Constituent Services Liaison for the State of Arizona Governor’s Office for Constituent Services; and as a Page for the Arizona House of Representatives.
She is an active member of the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum.
McCrea earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government with minors in Sociology and U.S. History from Arizona State University. She also completed the Leadership Principles program through Harvard Business School Online.
