 Radius believes that core values can really shape and support a company’s identity, culture, and performance. We value everyone’s ideas and feedback. Every year we host a workshop to discuss what we as a company value and what makes us awesome!  

We agree that teamwork and collaboration is extremely important to the success of a project and that it is the key to a positive work environment. We encourage employees to be open to collaborating with various disciplines both internal and external to our organization.

 As a consultant, Radius has a commitment to clients. We will go the extra mile and tackle difficult problems head on with clear communication, responsiveness, frequent updates, education on difficult PG&E processes and creative solutions. 

 We strive to continuously produce high quality work. Whether it be through our in house designs to the quality of communication with clients, we are always looking for ways to improve. Radius utilizes our collective knowledge of PG&E standards, processes and utility requirements and our experience working on diverse projects to provide high quality service.  

 We love to celebrate each other’s accomplishments and sometimes just enjoy each other’s company with a good old happy hour after a hard day’s work. Our company culture is important to us and we encourage work-life-balance, team-building, and lots of fun!
