Ravneet (Rav) Sahi is a senior project manager for Radius Design, having joined the firm in 2019, starting as a project manager II. With more than seven years of project management experience, he has exceptional understanding of PG&E, AT&T, and Comcast design requirements and processes within the Bay Area. Sahitackles challenging utility design and construction conflicts with dedication and strong communication.

At Radius Design, Sahi manages utility services for multi-family and commercial projects. He practices extensive coordination with cities, civil engineers, building architects, landscape architects, utility companies, and developers to successfully design the placement of new dry utilities. Sahi is an expert in Utility Consulting & Forward Planning - Dry Utility Budgeting & Bid Packaging. He also develops designs with outside consultants and clients, oversees and schedules drafting teams, assigns and reviews assistant project manager tasks, tracks project milestones, and processes AWAs. Sahi’s designs vary depending on size as projects range from 4,000 square feet to 106 acres, and typically include overhead to underground conversion of electric and telecom and underground gas service — all into a joint trench.

Before joining Radius Design, Sahi spent four years with RGA Design in Dublin, Calif., where he advanced from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager I, team lead in a short period of time. 

Sahi earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from University of the Pacific.
