MIKE GARCIA
Project Manager
Mike is a Project Manager at Radius, where his days start with fielding emails from clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and PG&E reps on dry utility questions and issues. He balances that with regular project status meetings, collaboration with other design consultants, and close coordination with the design team on technical questions and scheduling.
Mike attended Modesto Junior College before spending over nine years at O'Dell Engineering, where he started as a joint trench drafter/APM and worked his way up to a full-time project manager. He's most enjoyed getting to work with such an experienced, supportive team since joining Radius.
Outside of work, Mike is a regular at the gym, loves camping and anything outdoors, and is an avid video gamer. He's also a dedicated Pokémon card collector (though he doesn't actually play the game!)
Fueled by Reign energy drinks, Mike describes himself as curious, persistent, concise, and open-minded. He's always looking to improve, welcomes constructive criticism, and believes strong communication across the team helps everyone grow.
