Mara is the Executive Assistant to Founder Scott Hardester and the quiet force that keeps days running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing calendars and coordinating meetings to handling confidential communications and anticipating needs before they arise, Mara brings over a decade of executive support experience to her role. She loves that no two days are the same and values Radius’s strong team culture.
Outside of work, Mara lifts weights, cooks pasta, bakes banana and carrot bread, sings karaoke, and spends time with loved ones. Fueled by an iced almond milk latte with honey (ideally paired with banana bread), Mara is loyal, honest, optimistic, and endlessly reliable.
