PROJECT MANAGER I
Jonah Manarang is a project manager I for Radius Design, having joined the firm in 2022, starting as an assistant project manager.
With three years of project management experience, he has exceptional understanding of PG&E, AT&T, and Comcast design requirements and processes within the Bay Area. Jonah also has proven expertise in contract management and client relations with a strong track record of coordinating complex utility projects across commercial, business park, and campus developments.
At Radius Design, Jonah has managed 15+ utility design projects including commercial, business park, and campus developments. He has provided utility consulting services pertaining to PG&E, AT&T, Comcast and Fiber requirements while advocating on behalf of clients to local jurisdictions and utility providers. Jonah has also strategized cost saving solutions, utility design, project schedule, and internal resource allocations to ensure timely completion that coincided with overall construction schedules, public utility requirements, and conditions of approval with the city/county.
Before joining Radius Design, Jonah was registered associate at Morgan Stanley and a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.
Jonah’s project experience includes various locations in Northern California, such as Freedom Circle Residential Development in Santa Cruz, Oxbow South in Napa, Cabrillo College Student Housing in Aptos, and Google Campus and Cityline Block 6 South Residential, both in Sunnyvale.
Jonah has previously volunteered for the Kiwanis Club of Davis, Yolo County Food Bank, Rise Against Hunger, and The Salvation Army.
Jonah earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from San Francisco State University.
