Greg Uwaechie is a project manager I for Radius Design, having joined the firm in 2022, starting as an assistant project manager. With nearly four years of project management experience, he has exceptional understanding of PG&E, AT&T, and Comcast design requirements and processes within the Bay Area. Uwaechie also has proven expertise in contract management and client relations with a strong track record of managing projects across non-profit, mixed-use, and affordable housing sectors.
At Radius Design, Uwaechie has managed 10+ utility design projects including affordable housing, mixed-use, and non-profit developments. He has provided utility consulting services pertaining to PG&E, AT&T, Comcast and Fiber requirements while advocating on behalf of clients to local jurisdictions and utility providers. Uwachie has also strategized cost saving solutions, utility design, project schedule, and internal resource allocations to ensure timely completion that coincided with overall construction schedules, public utility requirements, and conditions of approval with the city/county.
Before joining Radius Design, Uwaechie was an assistant project manager at CFH Inc. in Concord, Calif. Prior to that, he worked as a facilities management specialist at New Realty Management and as a specialist at Apple.
Uwaechie’s project experience includes various locations in Northern California, such as Library Mixed Use in Santa Cruz, 180 El Camino Real in South San Francisco, Gateway Campus in Fremont, 840 San Bruno Avenue (Affordable Housing) In San Bruno, Monterey Family Apartments in Gilroy, 480 S. Mathilda in Sunnyvale, Stanford Health Care Project in Redwood City, and Mariner Square Loop in Alameda.
Uwaechie earned a Bachelor of Arts in public administration and social service professions from City College of New York, and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from CUNY Hostos Community College.
