Office Manager
If Radius had a glue, it would be Dina. As Office Manager, she keeps everything running—from PG&E submittals and pre-construction meetings to banking, calls, and the countless details that keep the office humming.
Dina’s journey to Radius includes criminal justice studies, raising four kids, running a restaurant, coordinating events, and ultimately joining Scott back in the RGA Design days. She’s proud to be the longest-standing member of the team and deeply invested in the company’s growth.
Outside of work, Dina loves ranch life, camping, boating, glamping with her vintage trailer crew, leading 4-H and FFA, and spending time with her grandbabies. Loyal to her core and fueled by coffee, Dina truly wears many hats—and wears them well.
