CHRISTINE NGUYEN
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Christine Nguyen is the director of business operations for Radius Design, having joined the firm at its founding in 2019. As an operations and project management professional with more than 12 years of experience, she possesses a deep understanding in both public utility requirements, process improvement and business development of small businesses.
At Radius Design, Nguyen leads the administrative and operations team as well as the engineering and project management departments, providing guidance on all active projects to solve critical design challenges and to help ensure budgets and schedules are met. Her passions lie in the career development of Radius team members and fostering a company culture true to its core values.
Before joining Radius Design, Nguyen had a brief position as a senior new business representative for Pacific Gas and Electric after spending nearly four years with RGA Design in Dublin, Calif., where she advanced from assistant project manager to project manager in a short period of time. Prior to that, she worked as a project manager for Advanced Home Energy specializing in residential energy efficiency upgrades. Nguyen also served as an architectural design intern for IwamotoScott Architecture in San Francisco and a real estate development intern for Panoramic Interests in Berkeley, Calif.
Nguyen’s project experience includes various locations in Silicon Valley, such as Willow Village and 123 Independence in Menlo Park, Broadway Plaza and Stanford Rule 20 Douglas Undergrounding in Redwood City, 600 Ellis in Mountain View, 110 Nortech in San Jose, Sobrato University in East Palo Alto, Mass Timber 1265 Borregas in Sunnyvale, and Lawson Ln Phase 2 in Santa Clara.
For the past decade, She has also been a cantor/singer at the CCOP Catholic Community of Pleasanton for more than 12 years.
Nguyen earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Davis with an emphasis in strategy.
